Nylon(PA11/PA12) Tube or Pebax tube for Medical
[Material Description]
Nylon, also known as Polyamidoamine(PA),is a thermoplastic with semi crystalline. PA is milky white to translucent in appearance. PA11 & PA12 are the most comment used material.
[Properties]
Maximum temperature for PA12: 80°C, 100°C in oil. Maximum temperature for PA11: 70°C.
Minimum temperature: -40°C
Excellent chemical resistance, arc resistance & electrolytic corrosion resistance, good biocompatibility.
Light weight, good corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and tightness, small friction coefficient.
Better insulation & chemical stability for PA12
Good tensile strength & impact resist
Tube easily turns into yellow under highlights or γ ray.
